Girls Regional Talent Club

Stoke City Community Trust - Girls Regional Talent Club

Stoke City Girls RTC looks to nurture talent as we provide elite player development opportunities for female footballers aged 8 to 16.

The RTC’s ultimate aim is to encourage the players to reach the FA Performance Camps and Eng-land training camps.

Our RTC works closely with Stoke City Ladies to provide a pathway for girls with outstanding ability to progress through our ranks.  Last year 85% of the ladies involved in the first team and reserves had attended Stoke City Girls RTC.

Our U14 and U16 girls take part in the FA Regional Talent Club fixture programme and the U16s FA National Cup along with an inclusive training programme covering all areas of the game.

To meet the FA’s aims our U10s and U12s compete in a local boys league.

Mission Statement/Vision

A talented player will be nurtured, challenged and encouraged to express and learn the game to achieve their goals. This will be achieved with a positive mind-set and attitude through a structured training programme whilst enjoying the game and gaining lifelong skills.
