FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q 1. What Seasonal Memberships are available to me?
As a Season Ticket holder you can upgrade to a Platinum Membership which is sold throughout our Season Ticket Sales Period (which runs from March to August). For non Season Ticket Holders our Silver Membership is the next best thing to a season ticket, offering similar benefits and a level of ticketing priority above General Sale.
Q 2. Sounds great, how do I buy one?
You can purchase online at www.scfcdirect.com or through any one of our Official Club Stores located both here at the Stadium and throughout Stoke-on-Trent.
Q 3. How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, cash or cheque. Unfortunately we do not offer finance terms on Membership Sales.
Q 4. Once I’ve paid for my new Membership, when will I receive it?
You should receive your membership pack at the point of purchase but your card may take up to 28 days to be delivered to your home address.
Q 5. If I purchase a Silver Membership, do I have the option to upgrade to Platinum Membership during the season?
Yes, should you purchase a season ticket or half ticket then you will be automatically upgraded free of charge. We will also redistribute a new Platinum Membership card to you.
Q 6. Can I add benefits to my Membership during the season?
We will communicate any additional entitled benefits directly to you throughout the season including offers and events available. We prefer to communicate via e-mail so please bear this in mind when purchasing your membership.
Q 7. Will there be a difference in price between existing Membership renewals and first-time buyers?
No, there are no differences; we charge the same for Memberships without exception.
Q 8. How does the Home Match Ticket Priority scheme work for Silver Members?
Silver Members are given an extended period prior to every home fixture in which individual tickets (one per membership) can be purchased within this window, these details are provided on both our online box office (www.scfcdirect.com) and here on our main website (www.stokecityfc.com).
Q 9. How will you communicate with me?
We prefer to communicate via email as this is the quickest and greenest way of letting you know about our latest offers, news and events. So please do bear this in mind when purchasing your Membership. You can easily update your records should you move address or change your email by logging onto your account at (www.scfcdirect.com) and if you are having difficulty logging in then simply e-mail (members@stokecityfc.com) stating your surname and postcode.
Q 10. Which games can I get the £5 ticket offer for?
We will announce the available fixtures as soon as we possibly can giving you a reasonable choice of matches, the choices depend on away allocations and general sales numbers so unfortunately we may not be in a position to give you as much notice as we would like.
Q 11. Are all club events discounted for members?
Unfortunately, with a one membership - one ticket policy, then events such as the Christmas Parties cannot be offered as part of the events because in this instance, one person will book for a larger party making it difficult to administer membership checks.
