Matchday Hospitality FAQs

Hospitality

What are the timings for hospitality? 

For weekend matches we open three hours before kick-off and will remain open for one hour after the game, please check your itinerary provided with your tickets as timings differ depending on the package purchased and are subject to change.

For mid-week matches we open two and a half hours before kick-off. 

What is included in my hospitality package? 

We have a number of different matchday hospitality packages available to purchase, for a full list of packages and to find out what is included in yours please view a list of our hospitality packages.

When will I receive my ticket(s)? 

Tickets are usually dispatched to clients 14 days prior to the fixture. 

I’ve lost my tickets, can I get replacements? 

If you have lost your ticket please contact us on 01782 592211 and we can arrange for duplicate tickets to be left for collection on the day of the game.

Where do I collect my tickets/car parking passes from? 

If you are collecting your tickets they will be available at the main reception in the Q Railing Stand three hours prior to kick-off. You will need to bring ID to collect your tickets.

If you are collecting a car parking pass it will be available from the layby before you enter the car park.

Can I purchase additional parking? 

Additional car parking places are available from the ticket office. Contact (01782) 367599 

Can I book additional hospitality places? 

Yes, subject to availability Please note that sales close on a Thursday ahead of a weekend game or 48 hours before a mid-week game. 

What is the dress code for hospitality? 

A smart dress code applies on a matchday. Any persons wearing trainers, clothing displaying any offensive branding, sportswear or football colours will be denied entry. Smart denim is acceptable. Smart is defined as not faded or torn. 

Chairman’s Suite - We request that all gentlemen diners in the Chairman’s Suite are dressed in a suit, collar & tie at all times and ladies in smart attire. 

It is your responsibility to inform your guests of dress codes. 

The dress code is subject to change by us at any time.
 
What is your away supporter policy? 

Whilst we welcome visiting supporters to the bet365 stadium you are advised that the majority of hospitality guests are Stoke fans and therefore visiting supporters are advised to act discreetly. Please be advised that football colours are not permitted in hospitality areas

Can I bring my children? 

Yes, anyone can attend. 

All children must have their own ticket for entry into the Stadium, this includes babies.
