The new Stoke City Club Card explained...

What is the Stoke City Club Card?

The Stoke City Club Card provides access to the Britannia Stadium on a matchday and also rewards loyalty to valued supporters.

Season Ticket holders will receive a Season Card which will replace both the traditional Season Ticket booklet and membership card (whether you are a Platinum Plus, Platinum or Gold member).

Firstly, it acts as an access to the Britannia Stadium at the turnstiles on a matchday. All home Barclays Premier League games have already been loaded onto Season Cards and any further home cup games, should we have any, can be easily loaded onto the card automatically no matter how you choose to purchase them.

Secondly, the card enables you to accumulate TeamCard Loyalty Points this coming season, which will help you to reduce the cost of supporting your Club.

Silver members and non-members will also be also be able to take advantage of the TeamCard Loyalty Points scheme through Club Cards of their own and further details on how they can do this will be announced soon.

What is TeamCard?

TeamCard are the official loyalty membership provider for Stoke City Football Club. TeamCard offer you the chance to earn points when you make purchases from the Club, and from hundreds of online merchants on Team Street at

What can I earn TeamCard points for at Stoke City?

You can earn TeamCard points for all purchases you make at both the Britannia Stadium Club Store and the Potteries Shopping Centre Club Store.

Simply present your card at the point of purchase and your points will be awarded. Points cannot be awarded at a later stage.

Gold members will earn 5 TeamCard points for each full £1 spent. Platinum members will receive 8 points per full £1 spent whilst Platinum Plus & Potters Foundation members will receive 10 points per full £1 spent.

Why would I want to collect TeamCard points?

With every TeamCard point you earn, not only do you help lower the cost of Club merchandise, season passes and membership, but you also earn revenue for your Club.

How much is a TeamCard point worth?

Each TeamCard point earned is worth 1p – so if, for example, you’ve earned 1,000 TeamCard points you can redeem £10 off your future purchases. (see ‘Where/How can I redeem my points?’ at for more details).

How many TeamCard points will I get for shopping with TeamCard merchants?

Each merchant offers their own rate of points per £1 spent. For full details of individual merchant offers please go to to check out the full list of partners and their current offers. 

Where can I check my TeamCard points balance?

Login to your TeamCard account at and click on the MY TEAMCARD button. This will take you to your personal account page where you can check your current balance and see the history of your transactions. Please note it may take up to 48 working hours before you see details of your points awards. Points remain pending for the duration of the returns period for online transactions (usually 28 days) before being awarded to your account. Until awarded, points cannot be redeemed.

Where/How can I redeem my points?

You can redeem your TeamCard points for payment or part-payment of merchandise in the Superstore or for the purchase of season passes or membership. Please note that the minimum redemption value for each transaction is £1.

Is there an expiry date on my points?

TeamCard points collected from now up to and including 31/5/2014 must be redeemed by close of business 31/7/2014.

What if I forget to take my card to the match?

If you forget to bring your card to a match, pop along to the Ticket Office and we’ll give you a replacement ticket for £5.

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If you lose your Season Card – and fingers crossed you don’t – the Ticket Office can issue you a replacement card for a £10 fee. Visit them in person or call them on (01782) 367599.

How do I register my TeamCard?

To register your TeamCard, simply visit – click on the GET STARTED button and follow the simple steps. You’ll be asked for a few details to set up your TeamCard account, such as email address, user name and password. Once your registration is complete, you’ll be sent a confirmation email and that’s it. You’ll be ready to start collecting TeamCard points and reaping the rewards.

After you’ve successfully registered, simply login to your TeamCard account each time you shop online. Please ensure you login to your TeamCard account BEFORE making any online purchase to be eligible to earn your TeamCard points.
