STOKE CITY'S All Stars Lottery has launched its own official Facebook page as it looks to increase its reach to a wider audience and raise further money for charity.
The All Stars Lottery offers weekly cash prizes of £1,850 along with monthly exclusives such as VIP matchday hospitality, signed Club merchandise and home match tickets.
A 'lottery of choice', it allows those who play to nominate their own specific charities in which a minimum of 20% of their money is donated to each week, with some good causes receiving up to 50%.
A non-profit making initiative, the All Stars Lottery has a direct link-up with the nearby Donna Louise Children's Hospice, but also supports various local organisations such as the University Hospitals of North Midlands, the Douglas Macmillan Hospice, the NSPCC and a host of other appeals.
"The All Stars Lottery is a fun way for Stoke City fans to support good causes whilst enjoying a range of rewards and benefits," said Promotions Manager Mark Cartlidge.
"It's a win-win situation for us all; over a million pounds has been donated to good causes including the Donna Louise where donations are automatically made unless supporters opt otherwise.
"We always challenge ourselves to grow donations so the launch of the Facebook
page gives us the opportunity to share our message, spread the word and hopefully get more Stoke City supporters to join the All Stars Lottery."
With monthly membership for just £4.34 per month, subscriptions can be set up with standing orders from bank accounts and credit cards, by cash payments at local newsagents and pubs or via collections from agents based in a number of local areas.
