MARKO ARNAUTOVIC was handed his first Stoke City start at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday afternoon as the Potters looked to record their first Premier League points away at the Gunners.
The Austrian international, who arrived at the Britannia Stadium from Werder Bremen on transfer deadline day, came into the starting eleven at the expense of Matthew Etherington who dropped down to the bench.
His inclusion in the side was the only change to the team that performed so admirably in recording a thoroughly deserved point against Manchester City eight days earlier.
STOKE CITY: Begovic; Cameron, Shawcross (c), Huth, Pieters; Walters, Nzonzi, Adam, Wilson, Arnautovic; Jones. Subs: Sorensen, Whelan, Palacios, Ireland, Etherington, Pennant, Crouch.
