Tuck into a full English prior to Stoke's trip to West Ham

BOOKINGS are now being taken for breakfast at the Britannia Stadium ahead of Stoke City’s trip to West Ham later this month after Saturday’s inaugural event was hailed an enormous success.

Scores of supporters tucked into a full English breakfast before taking advantage of free coach travel for the opening day game against Liverpool.

Fans can do likewise ahead of the game against West Ham at Upton Park on Saturday 31 August, with breakfast being served in the Stanley Matthews Lounge from 7.30-8.30am with coaches leaving at 9am prompt.

City’s Head of Commercial Andrew Billingham said: “We have received nothing but positive feedback from those people who had breakfast at the stadium before setting off for the Liverpool game.

“There was a wonderful atmosphere in the Tony Waddington Restaurant and many people told us they felt it was the perfect way to start a matchday.”

The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet, including tea and coffee, costs £10 for adults and £5 for under-12s. To make a booking visit or call 01782 592233.
