150th anniversary celebrations to end in style

STOKE CITY will bring the curtain down on their 150th anniversary celebrations in style, with the Chairman’s Charity Ball on Wednesday 11th December.

The glittering black tie event, hosted by Chairman Peter Coates, will represent the perfect opportunity for key figures from the Club’s past and present to come together and raise funds for the Club’s Community Trust.

The Ball, which will be staged in the Tony Waddington Suite, will have a Winter Wonderland theme in keeping with the time of year it is being held.

Guests will have the chance to tuck into a four-course meal and there will also be live and silent auctions.

Entertainment will include a jazz band, the velvety sounds of a crooner and a disco which will give guests chance to dance the night away.

Guests will also have a chance to take a trip down memory lane as the Club’s history is marked with the broadcast of video especially put together for the Ball.

The full programme for the night is:

19.00 Champagne Reception
19.30 Call for dinner
19.50 Welcome & Introduction
20.00 Dinner served
21.45 Auction
22.30 Dancing
