STOKE CITY are offering a lucky fan the opportunity to rub shoulders with a galaxy of ex-Potters stars at Sunday’s Barclays Premier League game against Tottenham as the Club marks its 150th anniversary.
The game has been designated as a celebration of the milestone moment in the Club’s history and more than 80 former players, including World Cup winners Sir Geoff Hurst and Gordon Banks, will be paraded on the pitch before the kick-off as part of the festivities.
The City legends will retire to the Sky Lounge after the final whistle and the winner of our competition – along with a guest – will be there with them.
To be in with a chance of winning what truly is a money-can’t-buy prize, just answer the following question:
Who scored Stoke City’s goals when they beat Chelsea in the 1972 League Cup Final?
Email your entry to firstname.lastname@example.org. The closing date for entries is midnight on Saturday (11th May).
Please note all entrants – and the person they will ask to accompany them if they win the competition - must already be planning to attend Sunday’s game. Include full contact details on your entry email as the lucky winner will be notified on Sunday morning.
The Grand Parade of ex-players is just one of a host of special events the Club have planned at Sunday’s game. Full details can be found by clicking here.
