STOKE CITY have given the go-ahead for the third of their young professionals to go out on loan for the first half of the forthcoming 2012-13 season... with Matthew Lund heading back to League Two Bristol Rovers.
The 21-year old rejoins the Pirates having enjoyed a productive loan spell at the Memorial Stadium last term.
Lund made 13 appearances for Mark McGhee's team, scoring his first two professional goals in the 5-1 win over Accrington Stanley back in April, his final appearance for the side.
His move follows on from Florent Cuvelier's return to Walsall and Ryan Brunt's loan to Leyton Orient, both for similar periods.
