STOKE CITY have today received notification of a proposed change to the kick-off time for their Barclays Premier clash with Manchester United.
The meeting with Sir Alex Ferguson’s champions elect had originally been moved to a 1.30pm kick-off on Sunday 14th April for Sky Sports coverage.
But this has now been switched to a 2.05pm kick-off to accommodate the live coverage of the Tyne and Wear derby between Newcastle and Sunderland.
The game at St James’ Park has been moved from a 12.45pm kick-off on the Saturday due to Newcastle’s progress to the Europa League quarter finals.
The United game is, of course, subject to a further change if the Premier League leaders reach the semi-finals of the FA Cup by overcoming Chelsea.
The provisional Sky Sports schedule for Sunday 14th April at this stage is:
Newcastle United v Sunderland – 12.00pm
Stoke City v Manchester United – 2.05pm
Chelsea v Tottenham Hotspur – 4.00pm
