FORMER Stoke City favourite Salif Diao will be back at the Britannia Stadium ahead of this afternoon’s clash with Chelsea, to help promote Barclays’ brand new interactive match day experience, ‘Pingit’.
The Senegalese international, who made 106 appearances during his six-year spell with the Club, will be based at the Barclays ‘Pingit’ Photobooth, situated by the John Ritchie statue outside of Delilah’s Bar from 1pm.
As well as promoting the campaign, Diao will be on hand to sign autographs and pose for photographs with supporters ahead of the big game.
‘Pingit’ is a revolutionary new technology, which allows people to send and receive money using only their mobile phone.
As part of the ‘Don’t pass it, ping it’ campaign, fans can visit the Barclays ‘Pingit’ match-day photobooth before kick-off to have fun with friends and make sure that they are reimbursed via ‘Pingit’ for any match-day purchases.
