THE Barclays Premier League have today confirmed that Stoke City's clash against Newcastle United will now take place on Wednesday, 28th November . . . 24 hours later than originally scheduled.
The clash has been pushed back 24 hours due to the fact that the Magpies game against Southampton which was due to take place on the Saturday, has also been moved to the Sunday, due to their participation in the Europa League on the Thursday evening.
Tony Pulis' side will be looking to avenge last season's 3-1 defeat, in which Senegalese striker Demba Ba scored a hat-trick for the visitors.
