Manager urges fans to roar his side on against Hammers

TONY PULIS is hoping that Stoke City will be roared on a by capacity crowd when they face West Ham United at the Britannia Stadium on Saturday . . . with a limited number of tickets now remaining for home supporters.

City’s manager has stressed the importance of his side extending their excellent home form this season in the encounter with Sam Allardyce’s side, though he is expecting another tough game, particularly in light of recent events.

In looking ahead to the meeting with the Hammers, Pulis said: “Our home form has been absolutely fantastic this season, but we need to keep picking up results and an important part of doing that will be having our supporters right behind us.

“We’ll need help from the supporters because it’s another big, big game for us and it’s clearly not helped us that we don’t have Huthy available.”

He added: “I was impressed with West Ham when they faced Spurs on Monday; there was a good shape to them. The difference between the two sides on that occasion was Bale; they were undone by a Welshman at the top of his game!”

Tickets are currently available for the West Ham game in the Family Area and the lower tier of the Q-railing Stand. Category A ticket prices apply for this game.

Those supporters planning to renew or purchase an Early Bird Season Ticket for the 2013-14 campaign can do so at the following times:

The Ticket Office will be available to take Early Bird bookings up until 1.30pm before the match and then again after the final whistle.
