STOKE CITY'S corporate clients got a taste of what’s to come on Thursday afternoon... as they were introduced to all what’s on offer for 2012/13 at a gathering in the Tony Waddington Suite.
Guests were given their passes for the season, before being shown everything from prospective match-day menus to stalls showcasing local companies involved with the Club.
One of City’s high-profile associates Gareth Higgins, managing director of KMF, was enthusiastic about the event and its benefits not only to his business but his clients too.
“It’s great for business prospects,” he said. “We’ve been coming here for a number of years now and it just gets better and better.
“We’ve got a table in the Waddington Suite and we’ve also got a box which we use for clients. Having that national coverage of London, Manchester and the North-East just gives us a great opportunity to entertain clients.”
Higgins also emphasised the importance of involving and sourcing from local businesses.
“It’s great to see local suppliers and good, exceptional food. The hospitality is excellent.”
“We’ve been coming to Stoke for over 20 years, but we’ve been in hospitality the last six or seven and thoroughly enjoy the experience and would highly recommend it.”
Staff are now getting prepared for the first home game of the season on Sunday August 26th, when Arsenal visit the Britannia Stadium.
