Bachmann Joins Wrexham On Loan

STOKE CITY goalkeeper Daniel Bachmann has joined Vanarama Conference side Wrexham on a half season loan.

The 20-year-old Austrian, a product of the Club's Academy system, is committed to the north Wales side until January 1 and it is hoped he will gain valuable experience of first-team football.

Bachmann stepped up to the Potters' first-team squad last season and was on the bench for the FA Cup third round tie against Leicester City.

He got his first taste of senior action last month when he played for 45 minutes of Stoke's pre-season friendly against 1860 Munich.

The Club would like to wish Daniel every success during his time with Wrexham.
