JACK BUTLAND has today completed an emergency 93-day loan to Championship side Leeds United, subject to FA and Football League clearance.
The England international has agreed a deal with the Lillywhites which will see him remain at Elland Road for the remainder of the 2013/14 campaign.
Speaking about the deal Mark Hughes said that the move will be hugely beneficial to the young 'keeper.
"Hopefully he can go there, get games and continue his development, because he has had a good year," the Welshman told stokecityfc.com.
"He has been out on loan already, and then played a few Premier League games which was crucial for him.
"Now this opportunity to go to Leeds, where they have a big fanbase and big expectations will be another good step for him."
The terms of the the deal include a 24 hour recall for the Club following an initial 28-day period.
