Cameron Starts In Houston

MARK HUGHES handed Geoff Cameron a start upon his return back to Houston at the BBVA Compass Stadium on Wednesday evening.

The United States of America star, who featured for the Dynamo for five years prior to his move to Stoke last summer, was named amongst a back four that also comprised of captain Ryan Shawcross, Robert Huth and summer acquisition Erik Pieters.

The midfield quartet consisted of Michael Kightly, Steven Nzonzi, Charlie Adam and Republic of Ireland international Jonathan Walters.

In attack Peter Crouch was partnered by Cameron Jerome.
