STOKE CITY would like to apologise for the delays any supporters experienced while purchasing tickets on Saturday before the friendly against Genoa at the Britannia Stadium.

Whilst the Club accepts full responsibility and apologises to those fans affected, a large number of supporters chose to purchase or collect their tickets on the day putting considerable pressure on the Club's ticketing operation.

It's important to note that for any future friendlies or cup games fans will have the ability to load match tickets on to the Season Cards which have been introduced for the 2013-14 season, thereby avoiding the need to either purchase tickets in person or have them sent in the post.
