• Premier League Girls project
• Disability and Inclusion programmes
• Health and Wellbeing programmes
• Education and Lifelong learning
• Match day activities
• Sports related administration

We offer this programme through working in partnership with our education partner. The Traineeship programme aimed at 16-24 year olds follows a 16 week programme designed to develop the skills and confidence to work in a Football/Sports environment (to be eligible for this programme participants cannot have a full level 3 qualification). The programme will involve gaining the necessary skills required to perform in a role associated with an apprenticeship or work based setting.

You will be representing a professional Football Club, which extends to make a positive difference in the lives of children, young people and adults in the City of Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and South Cheshire area. For this purpose we are currently looking to recruit Traineeships to provide opportunities to build confidence in developing their skills in a sports setting and customer facing role.

The following is a brief overview of the programme.

Community Traineeships

• Programme designed to develop the skills required to be an apprentice
• Gain Football Association Level 1 during the programme
• Develop work based learning experience in a real life environment
