STOKE CITY Under-18s' FA Youth Cup Fourth Round match against Huddersfield Town will take place on Wednesday January 16th at 7pm.

The Potters youngsters will welcome the Yorkshire club to the Britannia Stadium after thrashing Brighton & Hove Albion 4-0 in their Third Round clash last month thanks to goals from Jack Nardiello (2), James Alabi and Kris Scott.

Huddersfield themselves progressed after a comfortable 3-0 triumph at Hartlepool United.

City have a long history in the FA Youth Cup, having reached the Final in 1984 before losing to this weekend's first-team opponents Everton.

Last year, they were eliminated in the Fifth Round after losing 4-0 to eventual finalists Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park.

They have met the Terriers once before in the competition, with the Potters being defeated 2-0 in the Second Round in 1976.

The fixture is dependent on there not being a replay from the first-team's FA Cup Third Round match against Crystal Palace, which takes place this Saturday.

Entry to the game will cost £3 for adults and £1 for Under 17s/Over 65s.
