Joselu Joins Deportivo

JOSELU beat Wednesday evening's 11pm transfer deadline to complete a season-long loan move to Spanish side Deportivo de La Coruna.

The Spanish striker joined the Potters from Hanover 96 last summer and went on to score four goals during his maiden campaign at the bet365 Stadium.

However, he has found himself down Mark Hughes' pecking order this term, making the substitutes bench on just one occasion - against Stevenage in the EFL Cup.

The signing of Wilfried Bony on deadline day pushed him further down the ranks, and as a consequence he has been given the green light to complete a temporary switch to the Estadio Riazor.
