MANCHESTER CITY have issued the following advice to Stoke City supporters planning on making the trip to the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.
"Visiting supporters should be aware that there is no street parking available around the Etihad Stadium.
"There is a residents parking scheme in place covering a wide area which is strictly enforced. Anyone parking in these streets will be clamped and/or fined.
"Supporters are advised to use the MCFC Accredited Car Parks around the Stadium, where there is match-day parking available on a first come first served basis.
"Alternatively, supporters are advised to use public transport wherever possible. The Etihad Stadium is approximately a 20-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station, or there are frequent shuttle buses operating to and from the Stadium."
Access to Stadium
"Due to service diversion works at the Etihad Stadium, all supporters are urged to arrive early to avoid any delays when entering the stadium.
"In order to ensure that service diversion works can be carried out safely, hoardings have been erected at the South end (away end) of the Etihad Stadium.
"This impacts the amount of space immediately outside the visiting supporters entrances and may impact queuing and access through these entrances. To assist fans arriving at the stadium, both additional signage and staff will be in place.
"To ensure that supporters enter the stadium via the correct entrances, we have implemented an additional soft ticket check upon arrival. We therefore advise all visiting supporters to arrive early to avoid any delays when entering the stadium.
"We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to welcoming you to the Etihad Stadium."
