MARK HUGHES admits his mind is not yet made up on who will fill Ryan Shawcross' void in the centre of defence tomorrow afternoon.
The Welshman is without his influential captain against Fulham as he serves a one match suspension following his harsh dismissal during last weekend's undeserved 1-0 defeat at home to Tottenham.
Spanish Under-21 starlet Marc Muniesa is the obvious candidate to partner Marc Wilson in the middle, having impressed in that position on several occasions this season.
American international Geoff Cameron's capabilities in central defence also make him a strong contender to occupy a more central role.
"We will look at things because I have a couple of different options to be perfectly honest with you," he told Stoke City Player.
"Whichever way I go I have accomplished players in every position, so whoever comes in will undoubtedly be able to do the job required of them."
He added: "Ryan aside, the only other player to be missing is Robert Huth, so we thankfully have everybody else in the squad available to us."
The manager must also decide whether to tinker with his attacking line-up following last weekend's reverse, with the likes of Oussama Assaidi and Jonathan Walters pushing for a recall having impressed from the bench in recent weeks.
