STOKE CITY are offering local charities and community groups the opportunity to boost their fund-raising efforts by staging match day collections at the bet365 Stadium.

The Club are inviting applications from local organisations ahead of the forthcoming 2017/18 Premier League season.

Charities or community groups are asked to simply emailing the following information (below) to [email protected] by 12.00pm on Friday, August 4.

Once the deadline has passed a draw will be made for the available fixtures and charities/groups will be notified accordingly.

Please note all matchday collections are subject to our match day collection terms and conditions.

  • All match day collectors must attend the pre collection meeting with Stoke City staff 2½ hours before  
  • All collectors must be at least 16 years old.
  • All collectors must ensure that you do not obstruct supporters, or cause them any other annoyance or danger.
  • All collectors should remain in their designated positions.
  • Designated positions include all areas leading up to and around the outside of the Britannia Stadium but exclude inside corporate areas and collectors must stand at least 20 metres away from the main match day entrance.
  • Any collecting buckets or tins must be sealed, and should clearly display the name of the charity or fund.
  • We would prefer you to not shake collecting tins/ buckets.
  • All collectors must be clearly visible or carry an identification badge with their name, and full charity details during the collection
  • Any match day collectors wishing to attend there designated match day collection fixture, must purchase their own match ticket.
  • Please note, match day collectors do not receive a match ticket.
