Motor Show This Weekend

THE FIRST Britannia Stadium Big Motor Show, in partnership with Auto Exchange, guarantees fun for all the family - and not just for anyone looking for a new set of wheels.

More than 30 of the region's leading car dealerships will be attending the event at the home of Stoke City on September 7 and 8 as they look to showcase their latest models.

However, there will be so many more attractions at the motoring extravaganza, which is free to enter with parking for up to 1,000 cars.

Guests can take a break from casting their eye over the vast array of cars and motorbikes by visiting the food court, which includes a fully licensed bar facility.

Stanworth Funfair, a locally-run family fair, will entertaining the younger guests on both days, while the EA Sports Hub will be in attendance on the Sunday.

Biddulph-based Posh Limousines will be bringing along their Party Bus on the Sunday and Signal Radio will be providing live entertainment across the two days.

Visitors will also get a taste of the glamorous world of Formula One as Holdcroft Renault/Dacia will have a Renault F1 car on their stand along with the all-electric Renault Twizy F1 replica and the Megane Renaultsport 265 in Lotus F1 livery. 

There will also be chance to win the all new Renault Captur for the weekend and the Renault Zoe, an all-electric five-door hatch, will also be on display.

Stoke Audi will be displaying the complete Audi range, as well as offering visitors the chance to win an Audi TT for the weekend.

Ken Jervis Kia, who have an affiliation with Greenway Hall Golf Club, will be staging a putting competition with a trophy and a prize of a free round of golf and lunch for two Greenway Hall.

They will also be launching the Brand new Proceed GT 1st edition of which only 50 will be available in the UK.

Jigsaw Finance will also be offering visitors the opportunity to tailor their own finance quotations for any type of car finance they require.

They will be using a state-of-the-art program called OPTIMUS that will instantly show tailored quotations that match visitors' specific requirements, as well as offering the opportunity to win a brand new IPad.

Citroen Stoke will be showcasing the all new C4 Picasso, both the five-seater version which was released in August and the seven-seater which is due later in the year. It comes with touch screen controls, new running gear and sleek body shell ,making the car look smaller from the outside but is actually bigger on the inside with more room for you and your family.

Evans Halshaw will also be displaying all the c range, a full range of commercials and the stunning ds range.

Bradley auto services will also be in attendance showcasing all their Motability adaptions.

Autonet insurance will also be partnering Citroen Stoke in the ds exclusive outdoor cabin with games and goodies to give away, including a balloon artist both days and a kids' face painter, also free tea coffee and cupcakes on the stand.

C & S Haynes Ltd will be demonstrating "TerraClean" - a revolutionary service to decarbonise the inside of your engine, saving you money, reducing emissions and clean your engine.

They will also be demonstrating their Lipsticks+Dipsticks course, a basic car maintenance course for women by women.

Event partners Auto Exchange are to produce the programme for the event, which will take the form of a pull-out in their September 6 edition, which will be distributed free to people attending the show. It will include a plan of the event clearly showing the whereabouts of all exhibitors.
