Pep Talk

LEADING SPORTS WRITER Guillem Balague has lifted the lid on former Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola's footballing philosophy in a highly acclaimed biography.

And we are giving you the chance to win a signed copy of 'Pep Guardiola: Another Way of Winning' in our super competition.

Guardiola led Barcelona to four years of unprecedented success before surprisingly turning his back on the top job at the Nou Camp last year.

Barcelona won 13 of the 16 competitions they took part in during his spell in charge, including two Champions League triumphs, and in 2012 he was named FIFA World Coach of the Year.

'Another Way of Winning' delves into the psyche of one of the most charismatic and successful managers in club football.

Based on conversations with Barcelona players, staff, directors, rivals and even Guardiola himself, Balague has compiled a perceptive biography of the Spaniard.

We have a copy of the book, signed by Balague, who visited the Britannia Stadium as part of the book launch, to give away and to stand a chance of winning just answer this simple question:

In what year did Pep Guardiola lift the Champions League for the first time as Barcelona's first-team manager?

You have until Midday next Friday (12th April) to enter and you can do so by e-mailing [email protected] or via Twitter @stokecity.

Good luck!
