Remembering Paul

STOKE CITY'S players will honour the memory of Paul Ware when they face Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road tomorrow.

Paul, who made more than 140 appearances for the Potters, passed away on Wednesday after a brave battle against illness. He was 42.

Tony Pulis' players will wear black armbands as a mark of respect for the man who scored the goal that took Stoke to the final of the Autoglass Trophy in 1992 and was a key member of Lou Macari's promotion-winning team the following season.
