FANS and players alike enjoyed an evening in the Tony Waddington Suite last night as the Stoke branch of the Stoke City Supporters Club held its Meet the Players event.

Skipper Ryan Shawcross and Marc Muniesa were on hand to take questions from the floor and have their pictures taken with the supporters.

The duo touched on a variety of subjects including the change in the style of football at the Club as well as their hopes and ambitions for the season.

Shawcross also spoke about the key elements in his partnership at the back with Robert Huth whilst Muniesa's ever improving English allowed him to explain what it was like to leave Barcelona for the Britannia and how he's settling into life in Stoke-on-Trent.

Stoke City Player subscribers will be able to watch interviews with Ryan today and Marc next week.
