MARK HUGHES has kept faith with the team that drew with Swansea City last time out for this afternoon's Barclays Premier League clash with Manchester City.
The Potters' boss saw his options decrease ahead of the game with the knee injury suffered by Oussama Assaidi in warm-weather training in Dubai, whilst he is also without the ineligible John Guidetti who sits out the clash against his parent club.
Matthew Etherington and Andy Wilkinson replace the duo on the bench, as Stoke look to record their first points at the Etihad Stadium.
The hosts, meanwhile, have Edin Dzeko and Alvaro Negredo up front as they look to bounce back from their UEFA Champions League defeat to Barcelona in midweek.
Dzeko replaces Gael Clichy as Manuel Pellegrini makes two changes to his starting line-up.
The Spanaird shifts back to his favoured 4-4-2 formation with Aleksandar Kolarov moving back to left back and Samir Nasri coming in for Jesus Navas.
