Stoke City Agree Reciprocal Pricing Deal With Newcastle United

STOKE CITY has continued its efforts to make football more affordable for its supporters after agreeing a reciprocal pricing deal with Newcastle United.

The Club have announced that ticket prices have been set at just £20 for adults and £5 for over 65s & under 17s for away fans travelling to either the Britannia Stadium or St James' Park this season for clashes with the Magpies.

The fixture at the Britannia will take place on Monday 29th September (kick off 8pm), with the game in the North East scheduled for Saturday 7th February (kick off 3pm).

Announcing the agreement, Chief Executive Tony Scholes said, "We are delighted to have agreed what we believe is a very attractive price to watch two of the Premier League's most established sides.

"We spoke with Newcastle as we recognised an opportunity to give further benefit to fans, of both sides, who will have to make very long trips to support their team.

"We are very proud of the work we are doing to make following our team as affordable.

"Season card and matchday prices have been frozen for a number of years and of course, we are offering free club travel to all away league games yet again this season."

With Stoke City offering free coach travel for all Premier League away games it means supporters can make the trip to St James' Park for just £20 for adults.

The Club have also announced that the same prices will be extended to home supporters for the game at the Britannia Stadium.

Tickets are on sale online at, by calling (01782) 367599 or in person from the Britannia Stadium Ticket Office or Club Store in the intu Potteries shopping centre.
