Taking Centre Stage

STOKE CITY'S up-and-coming stars will take centre-stage at the Britannia Stadium this evening when they face Liverpool in their penultimate game of the Barclays Under-18 Premier League season.

Liverpool will provide the opposition for John Perkins' side, who will be looking to build on their excellent 2-1 win at Wolves last weekend.

They will also be hoping to reproduce the form they showed against Liverpool in March when they produced arguably their best display of the season in 4-1 winning on Merseyside.

The game at the Britannia Stadium kicks off at 7:00pm and admission is free.

Incidentally, the Under-18s will be in action at the stadium again on Saturday when they end their season with a game against West Ham (kick-off 12:00pm).
