When Erik Met Listers

ERIK PIETERS has joined in the 40th anniversary celebrations of one of the Stoke City's key Official Club Partners, Lister Trade Frames.
Listers have served as sponsors to the Club in commercial activities since 2006 and earlier this season became Community Trust Partners.
Dutch international Pieters took time out of his schedule to visit the Fenton-based business, meet their HR Director Derrith Turner and other members of their 120-strong work-force.
Pieters also tried his hand at fitting a door accessory and admitted: "I can't pretend that part of my visit was easy - it's something I've never tried before.
"It's always nice to get out and about and meet Club Partners, especially when it's a local business who clearly have a very strong affinity with Stoke City."
Derrith Turner added: "It was a pleasure to welcome Erik to our HQ and show him exactly what we do.
"We are proud of the fact that we have been a Stoke-based company for our entire trading history and engaging with the local community via our association with the Club seems a natural fit for us as a company."
Pieters played a key role in the Potters' 1-0 win over Watford on Sunday and is hoping for a repeat when Mark Hughes' men go head-to-head with Burnley at the bet365 Stadium on Saturday.
