City affiliates Austin Aztex have continued their outstanding inaugral MidSouth Division campaign after securing a spot in the end of season Play-Offs.

Jamie Watson's strike was enough to beat Mississippi Brilla and clinch top spot with three games still left to play.

It appears that the first round in the PDL playoffs for the Southern Conference Championship will occur over the weekend of July 25 - 27 at a site to be determined.

The top two teams in the MidSouth Division (currently the Aztex and El Paso Patriots) and the Southeast Division (currently the Central Florida Kraze and the Atlanta Silverbacks U23's) will face one another in a single venue.

Further announcements can be expected as soon as the schedule and site are determined by the USL.

In the meantime, the Aztex will be focusing on their upcoming trip to New Orelans for a game against the Shell Shockers on Friday, July 11.
