STOKE CITY'S sister club the Austin Aztex are riding high at the top of their league for the first time in their short history.

Adrian Heath's side climbed to the top of the USSF D-2 Pro League with a 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace Baltimore at House Park.

It was the two Watsons - Lance and leading scorer Jamie - who got the goals on this occasion to enable them to move above Rochester.

Defender Lance Watson put the Aztex ahead in the 36th minute and although that was swiftly cancelled out by Crystal Palace, Jamie Watson struck the winner in the 70th minute of the game after good work from Maxwell Griffin.
