1.1 Members will receive a personalised card containing photograph and signature.

1.2 Your membership entitles you to purchase one ticket per match for all Stoke City FC away fixtures (Subject to Availability).

1.3 Membership of the Scheme is free subject to a one off application administration fee.

1.4 5% discount off club merchandise purchased from the Britannia Stadium Superstore or "The Store" in Hanley.

2.0 Sale of Away Tickets and Admission Policy

2.1 All Stoke City FC away fixtures at the Club's request will be made all ticket for our supporters.

2.2 For away fixtures the Club's preferential sales process will remain the same, but all supporters wishing to purchase a ticket will also need to produce a Stoke City True Supporters Membership Card in addition to their valid Premier or Legend Card, Season Ticket or Potters Club Card.

2.3 Away tickets will be sold on the basis of one ticket per card (on production of a valid card); tickets are not transferable to any other person.

2.4 Fax, postal, e-mail or telephone applications will be dealt with on the same one card one ticket basis and tickets will only be dispatched to the card holders address the Club holds on its records.

2.5 Supporters will need to produce both Membership Card and match ticket prior to entering the turnstiles at the away stadium. Persons without both a valid Membership Card and match ticket will not be admitted.

3.0 Terms and Conditions

3.1 This Scheme is administered by Stoke City FC.

3.2 Concessions are classed as Under-17 and over-65. Please note charges at the foot of these Terms and Condtions.

3.3 The Club reserves the right to refuse memberships and alter the terms and conditions without prior notification to members.

3.4 Any application for membership from a person:

3.4.1 banned by Stoke City FC or any other football club

3.4.2 banned from travelling to football matches

3.4.3 with convictions for football related offences

3.4.4 who has been ejected from a football ground

3.4.5 who is under investigation for any football related offence

3.4.6 who has been arrested at or near a football ground

3.4.7 who has previously been found to have passed Scheme tickets to other persons will not be accepted as a member of the Scheme. Any breach of the above criteria by an existing member will lead to membership of the Scheme being withdrawn.

3.5 Applications will be vetted by the Club, who will where appropriate consult with Staffordshire Police, prior to the issue of the card.

3.6 It will be a condition for members that they do not take part in racist chantingor any other form of offensive behaviour.

3.7 Members must adhere to Stoke City FC ground regulations and the ground regulations applicable to the away club.

Stoke City Stewards, Away Club's Stewards and the Police have express authority to confiscate the membership card on our behalf.

3.8 Ultimately it will be the Clubs decision to grant membership and any applications that are rejected will not be entitled to a refund of the application administration fee. No explanation will be given.

3.9 Match Tickets purchased on a membership are non-transferrable and for their own personal use.

3.10 The Membership Card remains the property of Stoke City FC and can be recalled at any time.

3.11 Any misuse of the Membership Scheme or Card will invalidate membership which will then be withdrawn.

3.12 There is no expiry date of membership but the club reserves the right to terminate the Scheme at anytime.

4.0 How to Apply

4.1 Please complete the application form and return it to:- Customer Services, Stoke City Football Club, Britannia Stadium, Stanley Matthews Way, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 4EG

4.2 Postal applications only will be accepted.

4.3 Please ensure you have ticked the box for Stoke City to disclose information to third parties as applications cannot be processed unless your consent has been given.

4.4 Applications will take a minimum of 14 days to process.
