City 7s
This initiative has been approved by Stoke-on-Trent Local Education Authority, and is available to children whose seventh birthday falls between 1st September 2008 and 31st August 2009.
The main aim of the City 7s is to introduce children and families to the excitement of football through a community initiative strengthening the relationship between local schools, Stoke City Football Club and Britannia Building Society.
This will build on the work already carried out with schools by the Stoke City Community Programme team and in the Britannia Stadium Classroom.
Through the initiative we also aim to foster a fun and supportive environment to encourage children to learn about saving money and financial education through supporting Stoke City.
We have developed a range of benefits for both the school and the children. Schools will benefit from a closer working relationship with Stoke City Football Club and Britannia Building Society.
Each member will receive the following:
* A Stoke City home shirt
* Stoke City match tickets for them and a parent/guardian to a selected game
* A £5 voucher from Britannia Building Society to open a Stoke City Junior Saver Account
* A birthday card
* Free membership to the Stoke City Red and Whites Junior membership
* Red and Whites certificate
* Signed Player Picture
* A membership card entitling them to: (10% Community Activity discount, Free entry into reserve team fixtures at the Britannia Stadium on showing their membership card, 5% Club shop discount when they show their Junior Saver Account passbook)
The total value of this package is over £100.00.
