FANS FORUM AND STOKE CITY MEETING
MID-DAY AT THE BRITANNIA STADIUM

ADGENDA ITEMS

1. APOLOGISES:

2. MATTERS ARISING:

Large flag: it was agreed that it was a great success and will be used next season for designated home and away games at the decretion of the Supporters Club. It is hoped that local schools will be contacted so that pupils will have the opportunity to 'launch' the flag on match days prior to the start of the home games.

BIG SCREEN Beam Back:
This was considered to a great success although the result was disappointing, the Forum Members had received many compliments from supporters about the Club for providing this facility and a vote of thanks was passed onto the Club on behalf of the supporters.

QPR TICKETS…RESTRICTED VIEWS: It was noted that it seemed odd that supporters buying tickets from the first batch that was issued also had to contend with restricted views, a request was made that that situation would be resolved for future matches. Della explained that it was not possible to grade the away tickets in order to prevent it happening again.

3. SEASON TICKET SALES/ ONLINE FACILITY: This was now up and running and it's hoped that match day tickets will be available using this system for next season.

4. GRADING OF MATCHES/ OFFERS NEXT SEASON: matches will be graded next season, all individual match promotions and 'family days' will be identified prior to the start of the season once the new fixture list has been issued.

5. MATCH DAY PRICES: No final decision has yet been made about the match day pricing structure for next season.

6. MINI SEASON TICKETS 10 FOR 8: The Forum members suggested that the Club offer a 'mini' season ticket, possibly 10 matches for the price or 8, but not just at Christmas, but from the start of the season. This has been passed onto Tony Scholes.

7. CONCOURSE UPGRADE/ DELILAH'S/ SHOP: No major changes are envisaged for next season for either the Club shop or Delilah's although plans are in place to improve the décor and facilities of Delilah's before the start of next season. The refurbishment of the John Smiths Upper Tier (North) will go ahead during the close season.

8. NO SMOKING BAN / POLICY: Whilst there are no firm details about how this particular item can be resolved regarding the implementation in the concourse areas, the Club are looking at various options that are currently used by other Clubs in the league regarding the management of the ban.

9. DISABLED BAYS/ STANDING AND VIEWING RESTRICTIONS: this is a constant area of concern, particularly in the event of any emergency situation that may occur. John Alcock will be contacted to bring it to the urgent attention of the Senior Steward in the relevant areas of the stadium.

10. A.O.B

Open Day: a date has been agreed and the Club should announce the date during the next fortnight. The John Ritchie Oatcake Appeal, football game will be one of the events on the day.

11. DATE OF NEXT MEETING ALSO FULL MEETING: The next scheduled meeting will be held on the 2nd of July at mid day, there will be a full meeting of the Club and the Fans Forum members on Tuesday the 7th of August at 7.30pm
