After gaining promotion from the West Midlands Regional League at the end of the 2008/09 season, the Club's Ladies team embark on a new adventure this weekend when they player their first ever game in the Midland Women's Combination League.
The league is on the third step of the women's football pyramid and with Wolverhampton Wanderers the opponents, they side be looking to follow the mens reserves' example by collecting all three points against them.
The game takes place on Sunday at the Motiva Park Stadium, home of Stone Dominoes FC, with a kick off time of 2.00pm.

The Ladies reserves will then start their campaign in the Midland Women's Combination Reserves League the following Sunday with a home game against The New Saints (TNS) at The Hardman Development Centre in Milton (kick off 2.00pm)

* Both teams will be overseen by a new management set-up of Vicky Mitchell, Rachael Blunt, Steve Swanwic, Duanne Allen and James Vernon, with the Club already looking to strengthen their squads.
