THE more technologically advanced member of the backroom staff, Mark introduced ProZone to the club upon his arrival at the Britannia Stadium in the summer of 2006.

An advocate of video technology the former Republic of Ireland Under 21 international uses ProZone both pre and post match to analyse and enhance team performance. Mark also works closely with first team players on a one-to-one basis during training sessions.

An impressive lower league winger in his day, Mark spent time with Tony Pulis at both Bournemouth and Gillingham prior to serving as a member of his backroom staff at Portsmouth and Plymouth before making the move north five years ago.
