THOUSANDS of Stoke City supporters are now enjoying considerable benefits of a new Membership scheme introduced before the start of last season to build closer links with the fan base and many other people who use the Britannia Stadium.
The scheme recognises and rewards supporters for their loyalty, while also playing a crucial role in developing a new generation of fans associated with the Club.
Membership falls into four different categories, one of which is Gold automatically received by 21,500 fans with their Season Ticket for the coming campaign.
Gold Members have the option to upgrade to Platinum Plus or Platinum levels which offer many more benefits, while the fourth category, Silver, gives those supporters who are not Season Ticket holders certain benefits and discounts for a nominal fee.
Customer loyalty is a precious commodity and City recognise the tremendous commitment of their supporters in playing a prominent part in the Club's success.
"We appreciate that our supporters are the lifeblood of the Club and the key to our future success, so it is important that we cement that commitment in a way which will provide them with many additional benefits,"said City's Chief Executive Tony Scholes.
"We have had some excellent feedback from supporters enjoying the benefits which they are now entitled to with their particular category of Membership."
Platinum Plus Membership is limited to 500 places and this has proved to be extremely popular for those wishing to take advantage of guaranteed ticket availability, a higher level of discount off Club merchandise and many exclusive monthly benefits.
The individual benefits of each category of 2011/12 Season Membership are outlined below:
