3 mins: Matthew Etherington's inswinging free kick from the right flank finds Fuller at the back post. The ball loops in the air and Dimitar Berbatov puts it behind for a corner some hesistancy in the United backline.
6 mins: Andy Wilkinson does well to block a Berbatov effort.
11 mins: Berbatov heads over the bar from close range after a cross from the left. A couple of good blocks were put in by the defence prior to that.
16 mins: Ricardo Fuller runs at the defence down the centre of the pitch with Gary Neville eventually cutting out his run with a sliding tackle. The ball runs free down the left for Etherington latch onto but Vidic arrives to put the ball out for a throw in.
17 mins: Rory Delap's first real long throw of the afternoon is flicked on at the near post and goes behind for what looks like a corner kick. Etherington runs over to take it but referee Mark Clattenburg says its a goal kick instead.
19 mins: Fuller finds space on the edge of the area to shoot at Edwin van der Sar but its on wrong foot and the Jamaican can only send a tame effort towards the Dutchman.
17 mins: Danny Higginbotham denies Nani a shot on goal 10 yards out from goal but gets injured in the process.
23 mins: Another chance for Berbatov and this time he heads Nani's right wing cross onto the bar and over for a goal kick.
25 mins: The travelling band of Stokies continue with the great vocal support and get a wave from Tony Pulis who will be happy with how things are going so far this afternoon.
27 mins: Good patient build up play by the Potters sees Delap dummy Whitehead's through ball for Sidibe, who turns Evra and crosses into the box for Delap only for van der Sar to get there first.
28 mins: Giggs and Nani play a one-two down the left but Wilkinson is there to stop the cross and put the ball out for a corner.
29 mins: Fuller goes down under a challenge by Evra near the corner flag but play continues. Ric's been frustrated this afternoon after quite a number of decisions haven't gone his way.
31 mins - GOAL: The hosts break the deadlock with a lucky Darren Fletcher goal from close range. Giggs' left wing corner was headed at goal before being blocked by a defender and pinballing around the area before dropping to the Scotman. Simple tap in from close range - 1-0.
33 mins: Lampard's penalty at Stamford Bridge, making it 2-0 to Champions-elect Chelsea, gives the City faithful another chance to rub it in with the home support.
38 mins - GOAL: Ryan Giggs doubles United's advantage with a calm finish from inside the area after Berbatov had held off Wilkinson to put the ball into the box.
42 mins: Higginbotham does well to head Neville's cross behind for a corner as the home side have really got on top of things as the half draws on.
45 mins: Great defending by Huth to deny Rooney after the striker had ran clear and sidestepped the German's initial challenge.
45 mins: The fourth official holds up his board and says one minute of stoppage time to be played.
46 mins: Etherington does well to get a low cross into the near post and FUller gets free from Ferdinand to fire at goal. Van der Sar does well to get down and save his effort, however.

46 mins: Delap's long throw cannot be flicked on by Shawcross at the near post and the ball finds itself going back out to Rory. He drills the ball across the face of the goal but no one can connect.
47 mins: This time Shawcross does connect with a header towards goal but van der Sar saves comfortably.
49 mins: Etherington does really well down the left to hold off both Fletcher and Neville. Corner kick for Stoke. van der Sar punches Whelan's near post corner away.
54 mins - GOAL: 3-0, own goal from Danny Higginbotham. Rooney's low ball in from the left is sliced into his own net at the near post.
57 mins: Sidibe holds off his marker and moves forward but can only muster a poor strike at goal.
