3 mins: Tuncay is brought down after a heavy challenge from a Bursaspor midfielder.

6 mins: Abdoulaye Faye gives away a free-kick on the edge of the penalty area. However, it's wasted and flies well over the crossbar.

7 mins: I must say the lads look very smart out there in their new kit.

9 mins: The first effort of the game for the Turkish side as their right winger hits the side netting from 12-yards.

11 mins: Corner for the Potters but Lawrence's in-swinging ball is flicked away from danger with Robert Huth fast approaching.

13 mins: A moment of magic from Fuller unearths a bit of space and he tests the keeper with a powerful effort from 25-yards.

26 mins: Oh no, the vuvuzela's have made a return and the Turkish supporters are blowing them non stop. They have flares too. Let's hope they don't cause any problems.

27 mins: Whelan's corner is headed just wide by the unmarked Fuller. A great chance for City to take the lead there.

33 mins: GOAL! Bursaspor take the lead through Ibrahim Ozturk as he rises highest to meet a corner and powers it into the bottom corner from 4-yards.

37 mins: One is almost two as Ozturk curls the ball inches wide from 10-yards.

70 mins: Nash comfortably watches a long range Bursaspr effort drift wide of his right hand post.

73 mins: The best passage of play so far culminates in Lund curling an effort towards the bottom corner, only for the keeper to save down to his left.

76 mins: Tonge wastes a City free-kick by firing well over the bar from 20-yards.
