City boss Tony Pulis was disappointed with some of the decisions made by the referee in today's clash at the KC Stadium.

Pulis felt the Potters had a definite call for a penalty in the second half, which could have meant a very different score-line.

"I am desperately disappointed as they rode their luck and we should have been two-nil up. If the referee gives the penalty it's two-nil and then its game over," fumed Pulis.

"Okocha comes on and the crowd goes berserk and we didn't get anything from the referee."

Despite the disappointing late equaliser manager Pulis was pleased with the team's overall performance.

"I thought it was a really terrific performance. I was disappointed that we conceded late on but that shouldn't take anything away from the way the players played today, with the effort and commitment they gave.

"We now have two important home games, because if we had won this game we would have gone third; but we're seventh, in a nice little position and we are pushing along.

"What we need to do is make sure we bring some players in that'll bring us that improvement," concluded Pulis.
