City striker Adam Rooney has extended his loan spell with Bury until 12th April.

Rooney, 19, joined the League Two club last month and has gone on to make seven appearances for the club, scoring one goal.

The Irishman came off the bench for the Shakers to play the last 25 minutes of their 2-1 win over Morecambe on Saturday.

The extension to his loan means he could feature against two other Potters in Robbie Garrett and Russell Hoult when Bury face Wrexham next weekend and Notts County next month.
