Russell Rewarded

Posted on: Mon 17 Mar 2008

City keeper Russell Hoult has been named in the League Two Team of the Week for his performance at the weekend.

The 35 year old stopper, on loan at Notts County, kept a clean sheet for the Magpies in their goalless draw at high-fliers Peterborough United on Saturday.

It was Hoult's second clean sheet in three games in a match where he had to withstand 13 shots at goal and 12 corners.

County are currently third off bottom in League Two, three points away from danger.
