DANNY Collins that admits Stoke City have got to pick themselves up and shake themselves down ahead of next Sunday's Barclays Premier League clash against Everton.
The Potters succumbed to a second successive home defeat at the hands of champions Manchester United on Saturday, but the former Sunderland man says it is now imperative they put that behind them and get the campaign back on track at Goodison Park.
"They will beat a fair few teams this season so it isn't one which we will lose any sleep over," the Welsh international told Stoke City Player.
"We knew they were the champions coming here, and I think in the second half they upped their gear and tore us to shreds to be honest.
"Unfortunately, we just weren't able to cope with them, and after that first goal we just went a bit flat and we are disappointed with that.
"We can't let it distract us though, because we are a very good team with some very good players, and we have to make sure we go to Everton looking for the right result."
Collins arrived at the Britannia Stadium from Sunderland during the summer transfer window, and despite not yet featuring in a winning City side, he admits he is loving life in the Potteries.
"I'm enjoying it. There is a great set of lads here and the fan-base is unbelievable," he adds.
"It is a great place to be playing. I have played at the Britannia Stadium and it is renowned for its atmosphere. If you don't enjoy playing here in front of these fans there is something wrong with you.
"We have a lot of good players here, the manager is great and so are the fans. I'm convinced this Club is going totally the right way."
