STOKE CITY attracted their biggest-ever Barclays Premier League attendance at the Britannia Stadium on Saturday . . . but will top that figure for the game against Champions League hopefuls Tottenham Hotspur this weekend.
The Potters only have a handful of tickets available for the eagerly-anticipated visit of Harry Redknapp's Champions League hopefuls and are therefore expecting the game on Saturday afternoon to be a 27,630 sellout.
There are now just odd seats on sale in the Family Stand and these have to be booked as part of a Family Purchasing Group.
Recent improvement work to the South Stand has increased the capacity and resulted in a crowd of 27,598 for the Aston Villa game, the biggest attendance at the Britannia Stadium since the Club's promotion to the Premier League.
Tickets for the Spurs match are available from the Britannia Stadium Ticket Office or the Club Stores in the Potteries Shopping Centre and the Roebuck Centre, Newcastle-under-Lyme.
"Category A" prices apply for the game.
