STOKE CITY'S final home match of the season is virtually sold out now . . . with only a small number of single tickets left for the Barclays Premier League meeting with European hopefuls Everton at the Britannia Stadium.

Those tickets available for the Everton match are located in the Family Stand and can only be booked as part of a family purchasing group.

The Potters bring the curtain down on their Britannia Stadium season with the visit of David Moyes' side and this is followed by the Player of the Year Stadium Show which takes place between 5.00pm and 8.00pm on Sunday evening.

The players will return to the pitch after the final whistle of the Everton match to go on their traditional end-of-season lap of honour.

Supporters then have the chance to join players and management 24 hours later for the unique Player of the Year Stadium Show which will feature live entertainment, the home kit launch, a review of the season and the awards ceremony.

Tickets are on sale for the Stadium Show, priced at £10.00 for adults and £5.00 for concessions, and these can be booked online at scfcdirect.com.

They will also be on sale at the Everton match, while the Britannia Stadium Ticket Office will be open from 4.00pm to 5.30pm on Sunday.

Supporters are advised that there will be no payment on the turnstiles for the Stadium Show, but they can purchase tickets at the Ticket Office on the day.

The refreshment bars on the West Stand concourse will be open throughout the show serving food and drink, but fans can take their alcohol into the show.
