Master Potters
THE BIG kick-off of the new Premier League season may still be another six weeks away . . . but stokecityfc.com have an opportunity for you to follow the Potters in action when they feature in a tournament that will roll back the years next month.
We have five pairs of tickets to see a team of former Stoke City players take part in the Selco Masters Cup at the Manchester Evening News Arena on Sunday 18th July, and you could be there as one of the winners of our special competition.
Stars from yesteryear such as Wayne 'Bertie' Biggins, Ian Cranson and Nigel Gleghorn will take to the pitch to face the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City, Bolton, Blackburn and Leeds United - in a bid to be crowned 'North West Masters Champions'.
Four of the five opponents feature a former Potter in their squads with Ray Wallace playing for Leeds, former loanee Paul Warhurst starring for Blackburn, Gavin Ward in the Bolton ranks while Mike Sheron will be lining up for Manchester City.
